the evenings of Friday 10 and Saturday 11 October,

He will delight you with his finely crafted menus which will be served to you in real crockery, cutlery and glasses, just like at home 😊

Mirada #9 promises an explosion of flavors thanks to Baptiste, .

Passionate about street food and inspired by Latin American flavors, he will prepare a special menu for the occasion, where tradition and creativity intertwine.

On the menu for Sunday, October 12 at noon:

"The menu will be revealed when registration opens ."

 

A whole program that will awaken your senses . Each dish will be prepared with fresh, local produce, in the spirit of sharing and conviviality that characterizes the event.
